Third Party Events

A third party fundraiser is a company, organization or individual that wishes to hold a promotion, event, or sale to benefit CASA of Williamson County. We are grateful for dollars raised through events – they help CASA provide programs and services to abuse and neglected children living in Williamson County.

CASA of Williamson County encourages third party events (i.e. auctions, marathons, sales benefiting CASA, etc). Because of the volume of these requests, we cannot personally participate in each event that is proposed but will provide materials about the CASA and the services we provide for your event.

Before an individual, company or organization may proceed with a special event or promotion to benefit the CASA of Williamson County, complete and sign a Third Party Agreement. All events must be approved by CASA of Williamson County in advance. This is an important safeguard to preserving the integrity of the CASA name and our commitment to raise the funds necessary to fulfill our mission in a cost-efficient and effective manner.

We will review your plan and do our best to contact you within approximately 7 days. Reminder: Please do not move forward with your plans until you have been submitted your application and been notified of our decision.
